Located in the peaceful coastal town of Berrara, we invite you to experience Kirby’s Beach House.

Professionally styled with bespoke coastal furnishings & lighting, cosy natural upholstery and an exclusive collection of art……The home has a sense of nostalgia keeping its 1960's bungalow vibe……Immaculately presented and prepared.

The “retro” styled kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cooking appliances and utensils and even includes a espresso coffee machine, kitchen island for breakfast styled seating and a dishwasher, ensuring absolute convenience for the duration of your stay.

With a cosy 4-seat dining setting off the kitchen space and an additional 10-seat dining area, you can comfortably dine with the family and friends in a relaxed or more formal setting. Entertain the children or enjoy a board game night with friends in one of the two living spaces, one including a TV and lounge, leading out to the outdoor entertainment area and the second living space providing plenty of seating to accommodate many, all whilst taking in the breathtaking views of Kirby’s Beach.

Inside the home, there are two bedrooms, with a Queen bed in the Master, a single bunk + single bed in the second bedroom and two bathrooms, the main bathroom includes a large bath and basin and the second including a shower, basin, and toilet.

Create core memories with the family, on the outdoor entertaining area, fitted with ceiling fans & a large barbeque - furnished with both a timber dining setting and a comfy cane outdoor lounge setting, overlooking the immaculate yard area, natural bushland, and beach beyond. The perfect spot to enjoy a barbeque dinner, some wine and nibbles, or just lay back and relax with a good book in hand whilst the kids play.

The coastal holiday home includes a detached sleep out with a queen bed, single bunk, TV and an ensuite with a shower and toilet, the ideal space for the extended family, additional friends, or older children.

Additional features of Kirby’s Beach House include an outdoor shower, external laundry with washing machine and dryer for guest use, Wifi, reverse cycle A/C for heating and cooling, 3-TV's ensuring entertainment for the entire group and linen available.

Berrara is located approximately 3 hours south of Sydney and 3 hours east of Canberra and is approximately half an hours drive from Jervis Bay National Park, home to the famous, white-sanded beaches and turquoise water.

Berrara is home to several of its own beautiful waterfront locations including Kirby’s Beach, Berrara Cove, Berrara Lagoon, Mermaid Pool and Fishermans Rock, within the Conjola National Park. Berrara is only a short 10-minute drive to the Sussex Inlet town centre, which boasts several cafes, clubs, restaurants, a supermarket, bakeries, and other boutique stores.
